Wifi is connected but internet is not working :(...help me
Hey,try checking with different laptop or phone connecting with your wifi.You will figure it out whether it is a wifi problem or your phone.If it is the phone problem try to reset so that it may solve the problem.Because i had undergone the same and i tried to reset as it is a brand new phone and i dnt have much applications , pictures and other stuffs on my phone and it worked fine.I dont know how it solved the issue, but i guessed it would solve and i performed the reset.You can also try with this.Good luck:)

My phone keeps rebooting
I faced the samed problem.A lot of minor issues regarding the handset could be solved through restoring of the factory settings. Go to Settings-privacy-Factory data reset, select "Reset Phone" and click the pop-up icon "Erase everything". The reset process takes about one minute and after that the handset will be restarted and stop on an English interface. Pull out the battery directly and reinstall it to turn on the handset.You need to backup the data before you reset the phone.

Has a picture of android out of the box
This was the exact issue what I was facing on my phone and I called up the manufacture and they provided with a simple solution to reset the phone by following steps:-1) First power off the handset, press the Power on key + Camera key + Down volume key together at the same time when restart the handset.2)When display "ZTE", press the Menu key at the bottom of the screen;3) Choose "Wipe data/factory reset" through volume key4) Press "Camera" key to confirm the above item5) Choose "YES...delete all user data"6) Choose "reboot system now", handset will be restarted automatically and all the user data will be erased.

My lock button and screen won't work
Please try Hard Resetting and check if it works.To reset, you can refer to the following method, which can reset the phone and erase all the user personal information.1) First power off the handset, press the Power on key + Camera key + Down volume key together at the same time when restart the handset.2)When display press the Menu key at the bottom of the screen;3) Choose "Wipe data/factory reset" through volume key4) Press "Camera" key to confirm the above item5) Choose "YES...delete all user data"6) Choose "reboot system now", handset will be restarted automatically and all the user data will be erased.

Phone will not vibrate
Check if the Vibrate mode is in "Always" option.To find out go to menu >Settings>Vibrate>always.If the problem still persists then you need to reset the phone.

Can not connect to the wifi
You need to turn on the wifi first.Go to menu>Settings>Wireless & Settings>Enable Wi-Fi>tap on any of the network.It will ask for the password.Enter the password.You will get net connection.

When answering my phone, the people on the other end cannot hear me but i can hear them.
Please try resetting the device and check if it works.

Zte x500m boot problem
Reset your phone once by following instructions to solve the booting issue on the phone.1.Power off the phone.Press and hold "Vol-", and "Power" key until the phone goes to recovery mode.2.Press home key get into next interface.3.There will be four choices:reboot system now;apply update from sdcard;wipe data/factory reset;wipe cache partition.3.Use "Vol+" and "Vol-" to move the cursor up and down.4.Move cursor to "wipe data/factory reset", press "camera" key to select it.5. Move cursor down to "Yes - delete all user data" and press "camera" key to select it.The data will be erased.6. The cursor will be on "reboot system now" at the end, so just press "camera" key to reboot the phone normally.(It will take a long time to reset the phone after press the "reboot system now".so please be patient)

My zte score wont let me download apps
Since you have reset your device, you will have to create the google account again and register that. Only then you will be able to download the apps from the Google Store.
