Steps on how to do the restart. -You have to turn off the system. -Then press and hold the power button until you will see a message that will popup in a window that saying "Device Options"Appears on the screen. -Then select the power off again then you can see it again.You can be able to check that it first. -Then just select okay And while holding down the -Back -Button -Then Press and hold the power button. -Until you see the Coby`s Logo -Then wait until it change to Android Logo. - Then press the Back button.And Then the system menu will appear in the screen. -And then choose the wipe data/factory reset. >Home >Menu Buttons >Press the back,the button once you select the wipe data/factory reset then just click option. Then the confirmation that you will see in the screen Is a "yes" "Option". Then Choose "yes"-delete all user data,option by using the "Home"and "Menu"buttons. - 3.Now go to "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" using the volume buttons and select it using back button
