what is a devise. (device?) you posted to computers, and never told what PC it is firsts Compex means what, COMPAQ (HP ) PCs'????????? tell what PC it is first then tell what fails. what are you doing exactly at the time of failure even post screens with errors as PHOTO below good luck to you;... compex is medical device , THAT:? Most switches get a reset, when left without power for 30 seconds. Try that. If it does not work, the error has no cause in the software, but in the hardware and not even 100 reset switches can cure that.
