Cannot view the entire TV guide on screen
If your using a flat screen tv make sure the apect ratio on the tv (not u verse set top box) is set to the correct setting. If it is you can change the apect ratio on the uverse box by goimg to option in the menu screen, then system options, tv screen resolutionthen set to the 720 or 1080 which evrr your set up for.

Remote does not control receiver
Ensure your in the att mode by pressing the att button at top left of remote. If still not working make sure the receiver is in a position the remote can see as the remote works by line of sight.

Picture is paneling
Problem is interference in the signal coming to the box. Unplug the main router for 10 seconds and let everything startup. If problem continues, call 8002882020 and have them run line tests.

Menu button > scroll right to Help > Scroll down to "Remote Control Setup > Follow directions on screen

My motorola set top box is in debug mode
Hold the power button to give it a fresh restart and let it do it's thing. If it takes more than 10 mins., call 8002882020 and have them run tests on it. You might have to get a new one (it's free to swap)

One of my att boxes is not working. There are no lights on the panel and is plugged in
Hi.
If its not working, you can actually manually perform a reboot / power cycle to refresh the signal that it's receiving..
all you have to do is to unplug the power cord of your att box and reconnect it after 5-10seconds..
afterwards, wait for 2-3minutes to boot up and check if the TV is working again..

Screen resulation/screen won't get larger
Hi.
If the picture is not on full screen, you can use the option Zoom/Enter button o the lower right hand corner of the Remote control. It will give you options to change the viewing resolution of your TV..

Unable to get remote to recordings or menu
Hi.
the only reason why these functions are not working is because your Remote control is on TV mode. The best way to resolve it is by Pressing the ATT button on the upper left hand corner of your remote and all functions will work..

Tv say press to watch tv but nothing happens
If you are getting Press OK to watch TV and it's not responding to your function, the best way to resolve it is by Pressing the ATT button on the upper left hand corner of your Uverse Remote control and then Press the OK button..
