The input to your treadmill is about 120 volts Ac. The output from the board will be about 30 Ac. Almost nothing on there will be measured in DC. Your particular issue is your motor controller. It needs to be replaced.
1) LUBE THE DECK BELT INMEDIATELY , THIS HAPPEN BECAUSE THE LACK OF MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE SEE YOUR OWNER MANUAL.maybe you have some deck Worn.2) LUBE THE ROLLER BEARING INMEDIATELY, LACK OF MAINTENANCE.God bless you
1) Lube the deck belt, and tight the drive belt(motor)2) Lube the rollers bearing.3) adjust the REED switch see the diagram, clean, and tigh any cables connector.4)test the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair.5) test the output voltage board, if there are NOT the board is faulty.6) Reset the c.breaker.
1) adjust the REED swtich, clean, and tigh the wires connector.2) After you did the adjustmente RUN the software calibration for diagnose, troubleshooting, and fix it.see the diagram attached.
1) Lube the deck belt inmediately, this happen because the electronic system protect itself, shut down.2) Lube the rollers bearing very well3) MEAsure the voltage input motor, if there are the motor need repair4) Measure the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are not THe board is faulty.see the block diagramGod bless you.
1) You LUBE the deck belt, this by lack of maintenance schedule, maybe you have worn deck belt.2) LUBE the rolleres bearing see the instruction manual maintenance3) Test the motor voltates input, if there are voltage, the motor need repair.4) Tes the output voltages board, for input voltages motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty.RUN the software calibration for diagnose, troubleshooting, and fix it.God bless you
Dear Sir:You can adjut the voltage motor in m.m.board.The only way is 1) Put some regulator voltage in the line for to maintain the voltage in the line Good 2)Try to get some circuit special for your treadmill without interference 3) You can add the voltage from the transformer inside from your machine. However You can RUN the software calibration for diagnose, troubleshooting, and fix it.sincerely. God bless you
adjust the speed sensor, clean, and tigh the connector wires.see the diagram2) RUN the software calibratin Inmediately, for diagnose, troubleshooting and fixi it.sincerely. God bless you
it needs service
the motor current is to high and jammped.
due to bad belt parts or the motor itself , a tech with turn the parts by hand to see if they or what is jammed.
or gear box there.
get it fixed ? ok:
E2 Error usually indicates that the treadmill is overloaded and applies to various models like TR150, TRX1000 and TR 200. To fix this problem, check if your treadmill motor is overheating. Signs of an overheated motor include; grinding noise, motor produces a burning smell and inconsistent operation speeds.
f the E13 error code is still showing after restarting your treadmill, check to ensure that the wiring between the AC motor drive and motor cables is securely connected. If any of the cables/connectors appear loose, completely power off and unplug the treadmill before unplugging and reattaching the cables.
If the E1 error occurs after the belt starts to move for several seconds, the error code means that the system is not picking up the speed of the motor. This pickup comes from a magnet mounted on the front roller pulley and a speed sensor, or a problem with the magnet.Feb 29, 2016
Hi Chris,Hope so you're doing well, fact that it runs briefly and then flips the fuse suggests a potential overload or short circuit problem. To troubleshoot the issue, start by checking the power source and ensuring that the circuit breaker or fuse can handle the treadmill's electrical load.Inspect the power cord for any signs of damage, fraying, or loose connections. Make sure it is securely plugged into the outlet. Additionally, examine the motor control board for any visible signs of damage, such as burnt components or loose wires.Testing the motor by disconnecting the power and manually rotating the treadmill belt can help identify any obstructions or issues with the motor or belt tension. If you are unable to identify or resolve the problem on your own then download now user guide, it is advisable to consult a qualified technician or contact the manufacturer's customer support for further assistance.Hope so this will help you!Regards,Bryce JuneCEO & Founder of https://trafficriderapp.com/
