Nikon Coolpix Aw100 26292 Blue Hd Gps Waterproof Digital Camera 2gb Kit - Page 9 Questions & Answers
Why wont Nikon coolpix s6800 connect to Smart device?
What smart device?
To connect it to a computer, you first have to install software and a driver, so the computer knows what camera you connect and what it should do.
When you have a camera connection kit for the iPad, you can connect the Nikon Coolpix S6800 direct to the iPad and it will ask you what to do with the pictures. You direct can access the pictures, download them on the iPad and deleted them in the camera, if you allow the iPad to do so.
I think other devices also should have connection tools and / or apps.
Next time, please also give us the device name and OS it is running.
How do i locate deleted pictures
Do you mean deleted pictures from your camera or your computer? If it is from you camera, you can't as far as I know. If it is from your computer and you are using Windows, it will be in your trash and you can right click, highlight the file(s) and click restore. On Mac OS-10, restore your computer from a Time Machine backup that predates the deletion.
Why does my camera display 'Out of Memory'?
Your camera comes with a very small internal memory. Your camera may be telling you your memory is filled up because it is. First, if you do not have an add-on SD memory card for your camera, get one and install it following your camera's instruction manual. Second, if you already have an SD card installed or you put a new one in, go to your camera's menu. There will be an item that allows you to use either the camera's internal memory or the add-on memory. Make sure the add-on SD card is selected.
What is the Meaning of turn the camera off remove the lens cap and turn the camera on'
Really it means what it says.
Switch of the camera, and switching it on again, will reset the program, like a cold boot from a computer. Perhaps the camera could not move the lens barrel and as a precaution it gave this warning. When you removed the lens cap, please check there is no mechanical obstruction on the lens. Then switch on again. When the error keeps coming back you should ask advice to a Nikon certified crevice centre close to you.
Camera keeps giving me card can not be read measage
Not all details and you would like a very detailed answer I guess. What Coolpix?
Make sure you don't try a memory card not suited for your camera. In the manual you can find what cards the camera can handle. If it can handle SD cards, don't try SDHC cards or SDXC cards. If the camera can handle SDHC cards, it can handle SD cards to, but can't handle SDXC cards. Only the camera's that can work with SDXC cards can handle all types. Then you have to make sure you did not put the lock switch in the lock position.
It is a little notch to the side of the memory card, supposed to be in the up position (towards the contacts) and not in the down position.
Please check. Last time someone asked me 5 times over if I could think of something else, because what I wrote down was not on her camera. after the fifth time she looked to the lock switch to see it was locked. Her only excuse was she had not loped in the first place, because she did not know what the lock switch was and she could not have switched it. Her hobby had switched it.
The little yellow knob on the left side left from the T is n the correct state.
How do I use a wireless shutter release for a ninon p510
You don't. The Coolpix cameras do not have the electrical receptacle necessary to connect a wired or wireless shutter release. If wireless release is important, you need to upgrade to an SLR. You are looking at $500 and more unless you buy used equipment.
Why does "raise the flash" come on the screen when I turn my coolpix s5090 camera?
I do not know allot about the s5090, but I can give you general information based on how most Nikon pocket cameras are designed to work. If the Nikon is set to one of the automatic modes it is designed to prevent you from taking a picture if it senses that there is insufficient light to get a properly exposed picture. The camera may be telling you to rase the flash because it needs more light. Also, somewhere on your camera there is probably a menu that allows you to choose the flash mode. It may be in your regular menus or, if your camera has a round left-righ-up-down switch on the back, you can select the flash mode by pushing up and then using the right-left keys to choose the flash mode. The mode you select is locked in when you push the button in the center. In general, the modes are automatic (the camera decides when flash is needed), red eye reduction (the flash activates twice; once to cause your subjects eye's iris to close and the second to take the picture), flash always (flashes regardless of the ambient light) and flash off.
Coolpix s9300 will not come on it seams to be charging
Don't try to switch it on, while charging, because it won't work. As soon as you put in a USB cable, it starts sleeping, expecting power or to be used as an external memory disk, so the computer can access the pictures you took.
Write protect on GE 5x
Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
