If youre meaning that the buttons do not function this could be caused by sweat getting inside. Replace electronics inside or entire console.

Your display pcb board needs replacement.....call sole for service

There may be two problems, however, I would suggest you replace the main display pcb. That will fix the fan problem. If the handle bar switches still do not function replaces the switch and wiring.

The hand rail switch contacts can be worn out. The more likely problem is a broken wire by the arm. Remove the cosmetic covers by the hand rails and check for broken wire. If wires are not broken replace the switch.
