So all you have to do is power it down. Press and hold + volume button and start the tablet. It will give you 3 option . Select errase all data and factory reset. Bang it will reset to factory defaults

It is not possible to uninstall preloaded apps on your tablet unless it is rooted. Then you have to check to make sure that no other services on the tablet depend on that app as it could mess your tablet up

the battery is probably soldered to the mainboard have you tried googling how to do a hard reset on your model or you could try xda developers

Lithium ION battery may be damaged by extended use. If available try a warranty replacement.
