What I have started to do is to actually wash the toner tank out with water and make sure it is good and dry then be sure the section that breaks the light sensor is good and clean (it is on the left side as you look at the backside - the side that goes toward the printer - and protrudes out) the tank full indication comes on when the tank gets dirty

You will have to buy a new waste tank/bin for it as the old one is now full.
They are relatively cheap.

If you don't want to spend any money you can remove it and try to empty the powder into a bin but it can make a big mess.

If anyone is at all interested then it may be worth taking a look at their website as they do all types of label printing.

check printer settings may be such that not to print only black color

After 2 years ,surly it need to change some part because of life time of some part that is very tired ,try to show it or take it to samsung service center in your country ,...

Check and clean the sensor. There is sensor inside the transfer belt, on the bottom side of the transfer belt (pink side).You have to screw off 2 screws from the plastic cover from the pink side of the transfer belt. When you screw off plastic cover, you will see three wires which is going to sensor. There is 1 screw which hold sensor; you have to screw off that and gently pull out sensor. Sensor looks like letter U, and on the inner side of the sensor there is two small holes on the opposite sides. You have to clean that holes (blowing or with small brush). CLEAN IT WELL. After that, reassembe transfer belt, put it back, turn on printer.

Load paper from the manual feed at the left side. You need to open the lid first.

Sounds like the laser **** glass has toner on it, blocking the laser from shining on the drum.

the black imaging unit is stuffed .get a new one

go to the samsung website and under support /downloads and download the driver for windows 7 that corresponds with your printer. unplug your printer and turn it off reboot and then start he install process again. follow the steps. I had to call brother support once to figure it out i had the same problem. Good luck

If so, please remove the cartridge and shake a few times and re-install.

A fuse should never be a resettable device on a product. Fuses are made to open if there is an over temperature situation or an over current situation.

Reset is normally controlled by a button sequence on the front panel.

Can you please provide a full description of both the failure and the "Fuse" description for me?

Check first the Reset Fuse. If the fuse has blown, you might get any error message and the printer would not work. Check or replace the fuse to see if that would help.

If the same problem occurs, contact the manufacturer to see if they have the latest firmware version for the printer. It would look like it does not make sense, but it's true. If the firmware is not working correctly, firmware upgrade would make the printer to work better.
