Red Error Light Stays On The following conditions can cause the On Line LED to glow solid red:

• Printer paper is jammed inside your printer.

use windows xp driver.

Access the manufacturer's web-site: http://www.samsung.com
and choose "downloads" or "support".
Enter your specific model-number.
Select your Operating System.
Download.
Install.

1st You download Printer Driver. Samsung Laser Printer Driver After this install the Printer driver in the system.
Installation of Printer Driver

• Go to the control panel
• Click on the System Icon
• Click on the Hardware Tab
• Click on the Device Manager then
• Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
• Right click on it and uninstall it.
• After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
• Driver installation Wizard start.
• Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
• Driver will be install.

plz download the drivers from the manufacture site and install it

This is due to toner may get over. Remove the toner catridge and shake the same and reinsert may solve your problem. Also change the toner catridge if required and check.
