Not being familiar with (or a fan of) Mac, I did a little research and came up with this: Access a Shared Folder from Mac OS X. Open the Finder, click Go on the menu at the top of the screen, and select Connect to Server. Enter the following address, replacing COMPUTERNAME with the Windows computer's name: smb://COMPUTERNAME. You can also enter the other computer's local IP address instead of its name. Not sure if it helps at all but there you have it.

You need to enter the MMS settings for your phone. You can certainly call your carrier for help, but you can do this if you prefer:


you didnt specify which cell phone service you are using. here by guess is how to set up your MMS for TMOBILE. if you have another provider let me know and I can post those settings. You have to follow this exactly.
SMS, MMS AND VOICEMAIL:

SMS:
1- Click on thee envelope icon it will take you to Messages -->CLICK ON SMS
1- Message settings-> click in Profile Setting
2- Click edit on any profile name it T-mobile that will be line No. 1 in No.2 type +12063130004

MMS:
1-Message Settings->click Server Profile
2-Click on any 1-> click on Edit Profile
1- Rename profile: T-mobile MMS
2- Homepage: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
3-Data Account: click on GPRS-> choose Tmobile-> press OK
4- Connection Type: HTTP : 216.155.165.050 - > port 8080
5- Username: leave it blank
6 Password: leave it blank
CLICK ON DONE -> SAVE->ACTIVATE PROFILE

you can only reset your password through a repair box or emulator. if you dont have any, just visit a service center to have your phone unlock... 

I have had the same problem... twice.  First time I held down some keys just trying desperately to get it to come back to life.  Well I hit the right combination for a hard reset.  So I lost all my data.
Second time I took my phone into the Sprint Store across from Sprint HQ in KC.  The only thing they knew to do was a hard reset. I'm suspicious since I was having trouble removing my battery the second time, that my battery's position may have caused some type of short.  Still searching. KC Ron

ok... your keypad flex might get loose or dirty keypad contacts inside or check your volume if it get stuck... or
if you can open your phone, checks its connection or keypads contacts get dirty...

If addressbook is presently syncing to Contacts in Outlook, then you will need to reinstall the desktop to alter the conduits. The reinstall should overlay the present version. Just select to alter conduits when requested.
