I am facing error code sc402 (functional problem) in my Ricoh photocopy machine (Afficio 2027). How can this be overcome??

Ricoh aficio 2027

SC542 is a warm up error from the fuser.

SC 870 is an address book error.

Turn the power off on the copier. Wait 30 seconds and then turn the power back on. See if it goes away.

Let me know if it doesn't.

El c?digo de error SC 990 tambi?n puede estar asociado con tiempo de mantenimiento, te sugiero que reemplaces el PCU o repares tu PCU actual.

Ricoh AP610N error message SC-545

Hi, i recently got this error on Ricoh Aficio AP 610N

and This was the Fix..

0.- Hold on your breathe...
1.- Turn Off the printer.
2.- Press "ONLINE and SCAPE" buttons..
3.- without stopping pressing them (ONLINE and SCAPE) TURN ON THE PRINTER.. and wait about 10-15 seconds and Service menu show up.. after this.. release the buttons...
4.- Go to.. Engine Maintenance... Enter..
5.- Search for SP5810 (Fusing err clr) and Enter.
6.- Accept the change and enter...
7.- Turn off the printer...
8.- Finally turn on the printer and try to print something :)
9.- if the printer works.. you can breathe again :)

How can i fix my aficio 2027 w/ loading toner error

Not loading toner is usually due to worn out dev gears in the PCU. Call your nearest Ricoh agent for a service call. A technician must come and fit new dev gears. Or the toner hopper is dirty and needs cleaning.

How I can replace the memory card?

Get printer box on the side where you connect your LAN cable you will find some SD ram slots it has one screw open and slot your card in while the machine is switched off

• Download the firmware for the
application that failed
• An option required by the application
(RAM, DIMM, board) is not installed

Re-seat the RAM on the controller board
