SC 870 is an address book error.

Turn the power off on the copier. Wait 30 seconds and then turn the power back on. See if it goes away.

Not loading toner is usually due to worn out dev gears in the PCU. Call your nearest Ricoh agent for a service call. A technician must come and fit new dev gears. Or the toner hopper is dirty and needs cleaning.

Get printer box on the side where you connect your LAN cable you will find some SD ram slots it has one screw open and slot your card in while the machine is switched off

please call a technician to fix hard drive on the machine for you and you will not face this problem again

Your machine requires the Postscript option installed in order to print from your Mac. The printer is printing gibberish because it cannot understand the postscript driver from the Mac. .

Hi, i recently got this error on Ricoh Aficio AP 610N

and This was the Fix..

0.- Hold on your breathe...
1.- Turn Off the printer.
2.- Press "ONLINE and SCAPE" buttons..
3.- without stopping pressing them (ONLINE and SCAPE) TURN ON THE PRINTER.. and wait about 10-15 seconds and Service menu show up.. after this.. release the buttons...
4.- Go to.. Engine Maintenance... Enter..
5.- Search for SP5810 (Fusing err clr) and Enter.
6.- Accept the change and enter...
7.- Turn off the printer...
8.- Finally turn on the printer and try to print something :)
9.- if the printer works.. you can breathe again :)

sofware error, if your machine has A hard drive then format it, if that does not work then update the board firmware, also check the memory, one of those will solve the problem

maybe the drivers you used doesn't suilt with your laptop so try to download

check there is a small paper or there is dust at the laser unit so try take out the laser unit and clean it nicely

check the right door sometimes there must be a small paper and check all sensors at the right door

Change the mother board or charger roller is not working

i think you were cleaning the machine so when cleaning these type of machines you must be very careful.Okay you must change laser unit and don't blow these machines when cleaning because once the dust goes to laser unit it gives you a code/paper misfed so try to change laser unit

first you click (c) the yellow button then you click 107 and press (c/) cancel button until it gives you menu then you may go to mode
