Could be photoconductor gears are bad will have to replace unit or fuser unit you will have to decide which one first

the part numbers are different for each toner from ricoh, Lanier, Savin and Gestetner. From what I recall is the bottles are different, check the old bottle vs new. Also if the machine had run very low you may have to open and close the fron cover several times, this intiates a toner feed program.

Problem with the scanner. Check the white registration strip. and clean the mirrors. normally works.

Try admin and leave password blank if that doesn't work then log on to web monitor . Open your web browser ie or Firefox doesn't matter enter IP address in browser then log in as supervisor no password and change name and password

If you can see it, it is set up right, however, the configuration might be wrong. Go to printer properties in the control panel. Open up the ports tab, select configure port. You will see that it is probably set: protocol:Raw, port:9100. Sometimes the port is 10001. Otherwise, set it to LPR, and put LP1 for the queue Name. That should do it.
