Ricoh gx3000 error 990
ERR (990) or ERR (999) are both error messages which are displayed
when a sensor does not work normally due to dirtiness. For example,
either may be caused by a dirty maintenance unit or clogged ink
nozzles. It may be possible to resolve the issue by cleaning the device
as described below
To clean your device, follow these steps.
-
Turn off the main power switch.
-
Open the top cover.
Take care not to snag the sleeves of your clothing on the cord (1). Do not touch the feed belt (2).
-
Clean the part indicated in the image below using a damp cloth or a cotton tipped applicator.

If the problem persists, contact your local authorized service/support representative.

Black shadows appear wehn using duplex mode
You will probably need to get it serviced by a technician. However, if you need to just get by, a possible solution may be to print each side individually. This could also be faster than using the duplexor on the machine. Hope this helps.

If there is toner in the cart but not getting onto the page, the most likely cause is that the toner delivery tube is blocked. You can try removing the unit and vacuuming out the supply line to remove any lumps that may be lodged and then run the forced toner supply in the Service Mode.

Try on a different computer. Maybe you have pretty old one that have old USB hub on a mainboard. Also try to download the latest drivers from original website that have a lot more stuff than included in Windows drivers.

Do a stop test using a document with CMYK content across whole document. Remove and examine M dev and drum and also check the master belt etc. The first component with the pink line on is most likely the faulty one.

Clean the optical path. Remove glass and use very fine quality micro fiber cloth with no cleaning agents to wipe mirrors and glass. reassemble and test. If no better then maybe focus is off!
Blotches of black on both sides of paper
The black slodges are most likely to be caused by the dev unit dropping black toner. Swap the black devs around and vaccum any loose toner out of the machine. The problem with the other one it that the magenta toner pump could have a fault. I would try this before cleaning the toner tubes.
Thanks Jason

you can find the drivers from the manufacture website
Problem with Paper
The paper will always come out hot as the toner is fused to the page using heat and pressure - like an iron!
The ripples could suggest that there is an obstruction in the fuser unit. Whip it out and check to see if a piece of paper is stuck in it. Let it cool down first for 30 mins or you could burn yourself.
