Did you at least make a backup using itunes(for iphone), cus thats the only way you can restore contacts, same for your computer using windows backup, cus this is also important for your data, if you didn't, you are screwed and there is no hope for recovery. Tip: always make backups before you do something.

Might be that there is no Recovery installed on ur device and surely you can't enter the recovery mode. first make sure that the Vol -/+ key are really functionable and besides be aware for some tricky when you might recognize the Vol + key needs a little extra pressure for clearly circuit! does the replacement screen covered by warranty ?

It's probably an internal no problem but you could try removing the battery cleaning the contacts with a pencil eraser or contact cleaner If this doesn't work you'll probably have to take it to the shop..

You're out of luck trying to copy to a PC or doing something similar. The built-in security is pretty good. Best solution is to find someone with the same type of phone.
