Do you mean the driver for the device that came with windows 98 will not work on XP?

If so, all you need to do is to go to MSI's website and download the XP drivers for your graphics card. Hope this can help you.

You could try using the driver for the FX5200 directly from Nvidia. Maybe the MSI drivers are causing the issue. If not try using the video card in another computer and see if it works. Without testing the card or the board it is hard to say. Sometimes a weak powersupply can cause problems like this. Also make sure if there is a power connection to the video card that it is hooked up. Some video cards need additional power plug hooked up.
