Okay.. This is the only way that you can unlock your phone. Are you willing to loose all your messages and apps? Well, you have to sacrifice this to have your phone up and running. If your answer is Yes, turn your phone off. (take the battery out and put it back). Now, press and hold the Volume +, the power and home button.. (we call this CWM mode). you will then see and option like:Reboot SystemClear CacheFormat(words related to that - sorry, i don't have my s5360 infront of me). then (using the volume buttons) highlight format system then select it using your home button. Select "yes" then reboot your phone.Hope this helps.
Why do samsung tab 10.1 when i put the sim card it goes out
- SIM Card Tray Issue: The SIM card tray might be damaged or not properly aligned. Ensure that you are inserting the SIM card into the tray correctly and that the tray is properly seated in the device.
- Incompatible SIM Card: The SIM card you're trying to use might not be compatible with the Samsung Tab 10.1. Ensure that you're using a SIM card that is supported by your device and is of the correct size (micro-SIM or nano-SIM).
- Dirty or Faulty SIM Card Contacts: Dust, dirt, or debris on the SIM card or SIM card tray contacts can prevent proper connectivity and cause the SIM card to eject. Clean the SIM card and the tray contacts with a soft cloth and reinsert the SIM card.
- SIM Card Slot Issue: There could be an issue with the SIM card slot itself. Inspect the slot for any physical damage or debris that may be causing the SIM card to eject. If you notice any damage, you may need to have the device repaired by a professional.
- Software Issue: Sometimes, software glitches or conflicts can cause the SIM card to eject unexpectedly. Try restarting your Samsung Tab 10.1 or performing a factory reset to see if the issue persists.
If none of the above steps resolve the issue and the SIM card continues to eject, it may indicate a hardware problem with your device. In this case, you may need to contact Samsung customer support or visit a certified repair center for further assistance.
