If you have just replaced the pc (photoconductor) kit, you also need to reset the pc (photoconductor) counter. Here's the link for instructions on how to reset the page count: http://bit.ly/agYtVo . Are you, by any chance, trying to print a PDF file? If so, you need to use the print feature in the PDF reader and not the print capabilities of your operating system.

You'll have to go into your settings on your PC to change the parameters for your printer, Usually under settings or Properties Tab..Change the Paper to what size you want to have it print on I.E. 8.5 X 11.5, legal, envelope Ect.

Have a look in particular at page 89 forward and follow the instructions on installing the appropriate drivers for connecting your printer. Hope this helps!

When you removed the jambed paper, did the paper come out in one piece, if not did all the pieces that was removed make up the entire sheet of paper?
Otherwise there may be still a small piece/s of paper still in the printer which is causing this error message.

After replacing the photoconductor kit, you will need to reset the photoconductor page count. 4 - Release "CANCEL;
