921 service fuser error
The 921 service fuser error indicates the fuser indicates that the fuser unit failed to reach the standby temperature. This usually requires service. But here's a couple of things worth checking:
- Unplug printer from power source, replug after 30 seconds. Make sure to plug the printer straight to the power outlet in the wall. Bypass any surge devices or power strips as they can cause low amperage resulting to false fuser error.
- Check Maintenance kit count. Go to Configuration Menu by pressing Select and Return while powering on the printer. If count value reached 300,000, maintenance kit should be replaced.
If error continues, don't hesitate to contact Lexmark technical support or your authorized service provider for assistance.

Invalid engine code?
Try putting the old fuser back and see if it gets rid of the error, then if that's the case the new fuser is defective. If not, here's a link to the Lexmark website which gives you instructions on what to do when having that "Invalid Engine Code" error message.

The paper keeps jamming
Most times is it dirty rollers that pick up paper. You can get cleaning kit for it and most times just remove the paper tray and clean all of the rollers and also open all of other doors and if there is a roller clean it too. Make sure you use cleaning kit or it will get even worse. Also make sure you unplug it and if it has fuser that is has cooled down. Hope this helps.
Getting smudges on paper, changed fuser and toner,
Did you change the chargeroller?? This is the roller that comes down on the cartridge when closing the frontcover. Some times cleaning the chargeroller with a dry cloth will help. You can take it out by closing the frontcover half and then push the chargeroller carfully to the right so it comes out of the bearing on the left.

We recommend you choose to save the file within a directory on your computer's hard drive.
Once it has been saved, go ahead and run the file. The downloaded files are self-extracting ZIP files. Running this file will create a set of .PJL files and a file entitled Readme.1st. The Readme.1st file also contains directions for sending the file over through a parallel connection.
Lexmark Optra T612 says
Don't know if you solved this alread, but take a look at the 'exit flag' located just where the paper is spit out of the printer. If the exit flag is in the "up" position, just bring it down and that should solve the problem. If the exit flag is in the up position, this makes the printer think that the bin is full. Hope this helps. Either that or http://support.lexmark.com
900 Service RIP software
Service manual indicates this is a logic board issue, but I've seen this error numerous times, and a logic board never fixes it.
What ends up being the issue is a bad print job, could be caused by a bad driver. Test by disconnecting the printer from network, and printing the menu settings from the panel. If it prints, then it's a bad print job or driver.
