When i give print ribbon come with paper
sounds like you have the wrong type of ribbon (POOR QUALITY) OR the ribbon could be set up wrong on the printer or you need to reajust the paper and ribbon guides.Out of interest how old are the ribbons you are using - do you know the manufacturer date? A few years back I had this problem with one of my clients and it turned out that the ribbons had been sititng on the shelf for 4 year! These degrade quickly!
