Usually and indication of a memory issue. Power off the computer and pull all memory out. Place memory in one at a time into a slot and power on. If it fails on a particular chip, that would be the bad memory module. If it fails on every chip, the slot could be bad. If it does not fail and any chip, try each slot individually. It should fail on one slot and that would be a bad slot on the board.Hope this was helpful

Depending on the beeps, it can mean different things.
The most common error is because your RAM sticks are loose. If you are proficient in operating PC hardware, open your case, remove the RAM sticks, brush the contacts slightly for dust, and put them back in, lodging them properly.
If you aren't sure of what to do, ask someone whose down this before. You dont want to pull out the wrong components.

Are you sure you downloaded it for your operating system? Try running the program as administrator. Try playing with the compatability options also

- System
- Hardware
- Device Manager
- Look for hardware listed under unknown, your system most likely tried to load the audio driver and couldn't find it at the initial software install of XP
- Uninstall , Reboot your system, your system will try and reload the driver...point it to the correct file location or install manually
