More than likely your graphics card (inside your computer) does not have sufficent memory to run the program. Also you can make sure you check the company that makes your graphics card to see if they have a firmware update / updated driver. if that does not resolve your problem you may need to buy a graphics adaptor that has sufficent memory to run your program.

Whichf HP laptop? Is your PC hung up? What version of Windows? Usually you can do a CTRL-ALT-DELETE and this brings up the Task manager. If your keyboard has a proper driver loaded, it will show you the Task manager screen. Select - start task manager. then look at the list of Processes. There should be atleast 9 processes running. Sometimes a virus in your system can lock your keyboard just to irritate you.

WinXP should pick it up with no questions! USB keyboards doesn't require drivers to work on XP. Just make sure that the Windows XP is updated to Service Pack 3

try update your graphic card driver
