please chck if there is any other bootable device connected with the computer ie the printer,camera,usb pen drive , a cd/dvd or a floppy disc etc...
if they are connected then please try disconnecting them from the computer & then try turning it on....

go into BIOS and set boot up options to boot to CDrom first

Try restarting your computer with your new mouse installed.

have you tried with a different network card? if no try with a different card. if it does not recognise it go to control panel and to add new hardware. follow the on screen procedure and see if it will see it.
If problem still persists, try doing a clean copy of OS

Reloading windows
bronstab virus might have corrupted the file "eksplorasi" or maybe the file is itself the virus


now if that is the case the Virus might have made an entry in the startup and as the file has been deleted the windows startup could not find the file hence the error

what you must try
is
1)

when you press ctrl +alt + del
go to files ->run
i guess you know that much now try entering into
msconfig and goto the startup tab to determine any malware at start up

2)also go to services and then click "hide microsoft" after that in the remaining one again do a similar check

3)restart your computer after that if still your explorer is not opening
not that is where i can really not suggest much
but what you can do is go to windows task scheduler and then make schedule to open windows explorer at each "logon"

get the bios info corrrectly, go to the manufacturers site and download the upgrade bios software to flash ur current bios.

Oh vintage 386sx? In old graphics cards, there were DIP Switches to configure either to use as monchrome mode or color mode. Did you configure graphics card properly ? Moreover try using mode command to change monochrome to color.

Tastiera indicated that you have a keyboard problem. Most desktops can't run without a working keyboard. (You need the keyboard connected and working during the power-on self test, POST.) Currently the motherboard can't communicate with the keyboard. What is the model number for your computer? I don't recall a Platinum III, just a Pentium III. Is it a laptop or a desktop? What type of keyboard do you have (USB or PS/2 connector) or is it the built-in one of a laptop? Are you using some sort of converter/adapter for the connections? The USB to PS/2 converter for a mouse does not work with a keyboard. There are some USB to dual PS/2 converters available. However, they don't work with with all motherboards. What OS is installed on the system? Try a different keyboard. (You should try a PS/2 keyboard if the system has PS/2 ports. If the OS is older than Windows 98 v. 2, then the USB ports are even more likely to not see the keyboard in POST.) If you use a USB keyboard, try different ports. If possible, make sure that the keyboards work on other machines. If it does, then I recommend replacing the system. The Pentium III is a ~20 year old CPU.
