I have this problem too but when I get to safe mode it won't do anything I select safe mode, power button, nothing I select factory reset, nothing please tell me what I can do to make this work thank you

Hi , I don't use the samsung Galaxy : is the SD card part of the Tablet ? Otherwise , any tablet or smartphone can be connected to a pc, via usb , bluetooth , wifi ... and any sd card can also be connected to a pc , directly or via a card reader . The pc'OS ( Windows , Mac , Linux ) will easily copy all files from one to another . Regards .

setting the time is done within the settings not per say an actual app , however there are apps that can assist , however in your case , go to settings and select Date/time then select time, you should find a setting to change time

When you say it says connected! I think you mean the tablet is connected to the WiFi but the WiFi is not connected to the Internet! Is your internet connection ok? Check all the lights are green on the router!
