The possible solution to this include clearing the apps cache from the Settings>> application>> click on Play Store>> clear cache and related storage.If the problem still persist then then go to play.google.com on your web browser and search for play store. now install this application to your mobile the problem should be fixed. PS. You can use the browser on the galaxy tab to browse and install.
