1. Do you have a backup of your quickbooks from before this started happening? If yes, try opening the backed up quickbooks file.

2. Uninstall Quickbooks 2009 completely, then reinstall it and check of updates and install all of them, then try it again.

The C= value in the message indicates the type of error the program has encountered. Typical causes include system lockups and power failures while using QuickBooks. To resolve this issue:
  1. In QuickBooks, select the Window menu and select Close All.
  2. Select the File menu and select Utilities >Verify Data.
  3. If the message "Your data has lost integrity" appears, or the error also occurs while running Verify, select the File menu and select Utilities > Rebuild Data.
  4. When the Rebuild utility has completed, run the Verify utility again to ensure that all problems have been corrected (see step 2).
  5. If the error persists after rebuilding, restore a recent backup that does not generate the error.

Sounds like you have the QuickBooks Database manager running or the Quick Connect feature still installed and/or turned on. Check and see if this is the problem by going to start and then programs and see if it says QuickBooks anywhere. If it does, slide over to see which of the two listed above are on. Then go to your control panel and uninstall the program. Double check to make sure the "quickbooks" catagorey disappears from your programs and then install the new version you wish to keep.

Assuming you have Windows XP, please follow these steps:

1. update QB . To update QB,launch Quickbooks and then go to Help>Update QuickBooks. In the windows, click UPDATE NOW.
2. Then go to Start>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs. Then check mark SHOW UPDATES.
Then find Microsoft .NET framework 2.0 SP1 or SP2. Find update KB976576 or KB576976 and remove it.
3. Restart your computer and then launch and close QB.

In any situation, this issue will never ever effect your QB data file.
If issue remains, reply with QB version and Windows Version?

You can't transfer the file without contacting Intuit and having them convert it to something that the Quick Start version understands. The quickstart version is not a full version of the software. Your file saved under the premiere version is. So they are not compatible. You can email Intuit from their website and tell them the business telephone number you registered the Premiere software under to recover your license and product number. Ask them to send you a link to download a new copy of Premiere. As long as you are a registered QuickBooks Customer you can always download your product for free if you have your license and product number. You will need both to activate the software once it has finished downloading.

ok - hmmm, not much to go on - huh?

when you email an invoice in quickbooks:
a) quickbooks is dependant on having the proper PDF printer drivers (for converting the document from qb format to pdf)
b) is dependant on having the proper outlook drivers (if trying to use "outlook" option for email delivery
c) is dependant on having the proper internet explorer drivers (if your trying to use Intuit Email Services)

at the moment, alot of users are reporting problems with windows 7 and compatibility of PDF converter. Could that be your case?

a) If you are using Windows 7 and trying to use PDF - you will find this forum useful:
there are three solutions posted:
1. the first solution (has 9 steps) - many users claim works (but the error is not the same as yours)
2. the second solution (has 13 steps) - will work on your error specifically (I know this, because yesturday, I had a client get the same error your getting - AFTER we followed the 9-step instructions.)
3. the third solution, is similiar to intuit's solution, which did not work for us.

If you are a windows 7 users, I would suggest that you try the "13 step" version first.

If you are not using windows 7 or are not using PDF converter, please tell me more about your quickbooks email preferences? are you trying to use Intuit Email Services? or Outlook?
