I have a Sony DSC P72 camera and I have all the right connections USB to connect it to my Apple I Pad 2 and it keeps telling me my DSC cannot connect, it did it before and now it does't want to, why

Hi Carmen, You mentioned your camera and Pad did connect before but cannot do so now. There are probably various reasons you are experiencing this dilemma now. Some examples are: 1. An up-grade of the OS on either of your gadgets 2. Installation of a third-party application on your Pad 3 Configurations/ settings on both or one of your device 4. some minor wear and tear on your accessories for connection check those four first to make sure they are restored to their original state and try connecting. If problem persist, try to narrow down your question with some details and post it as comments for further help.

I have a cybershot DSC-P72,

This camera needs really strong batteries. Even if the batteries work great in other devices they might not work in this camera. Buy some FRESH (yes check the date and get the ones that will expire the latest) Alkaline Batteries and give it a try. Rechargeable (NiCad) batteries never worked for me. This is the very reason I got rid of my P92 (same camera with higher 5.1m pixel optics)

My digital Sony camera fell down Lens got stuck

Hello, Im "Darntoothysam" and heres how to fix it for FREE, but ONLY if your lens is stuck at an angle. Heres a trick for you, you might be able to fix it yourself. With the lens pointing perpendicular to the ground, place the edge of the lens on the edge of a table or counter. NOT the flat round front section of the lens, the curved edge or side only. Position the lens on the table and press on it so that you are pushing the lens back towards the center to straighten it out. You may need to press slightly hard, don't worry, its already damaged so youre not going to hurt it if you don't push with all your might! Keep pressing on the lens, if it doesn't pop back in push slightly harder. This will either work, or it wont, like I said, just don't put all your weight on it. If it pops back in place, it will probably work just fine again!

Code 10 when trying to open camera to download pictures

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries. Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).
