Hi click on the play store icon it. should open a page with 3 horizontal (LINES) with Google play beside them ...click on the 3 lines it should open a page WITH MY APPS & GAMES click this on & u should find you're apps to update.. cheers

don't know why you would expect fixya site to be able to help you with this after all you have access to the item where we don't

if you let some of the tablets just sit and not being used they will auto shut off. you will have to go to screen settings and change the time on when to shut down

take the battery out fro 35-40 min then put it back in

Something is not right here because a factory hard reset wipes the password.
