Apple tablet screen tells me " not opperational" It does not have a USB port to download from I tunes. How do I get it to boot up
Boot up your computer.
Open iTunes on your computer.
(If you don't have it installed, download it from Apple.com, and click (or double-click) on the icon to start the installation process.) Then open it.
Attach your iPad to your computer with a Lightning to USB cable to your computer: the Lightning cable connector attaches to the iPad, and the USB connector attaches to your computer. You may have to use a cable adapter depending on which iPad and which type of computer your are using ... I.e., what ports (jacks) are on your iPad and computer.
Once you attach the iPad to the computer, you should see its iscon appear in the "devices" section in the left panel of iTunes. Click on it to access its information and contents. If need be, reinstall (or install) the latest version of Apple's operating system (iOS) for your iPad.
once you have updated / installed the iOS, and are ready to quit using iTunes, click on the upward point arrow (triangle) to the right of your iPad's name in the "devices" section to cleanly disconnect your iPad from your computer, or you risk scrambling or losing information on the iPad or worse. Always do a clean disconnect.
