I've had the same thing happen to me. Some of my apps are no longer available.Unless apps are continually updated, they may be left by the wayside. I heard that Apple gave many warnings to app developers to update them before IOS 11 but many just left them there not updated for 2 years.It looks like the app you mentioned had not been updated since Dec 2011. You make consider other apps that are available to help keep your credit info safe. Banks and other credit establishments have pretty good secure apps that encrypt your numbers, purchases and personal info. I have heard that some people may try to go back to IOS 10 ( to get some of the apps that may still be up available on their iCloud or computer) but I think it only works on older iPhones and/or iPads. you cant remove the function, its something apple automatically has, remember not all things can be copied tho and some may not be recognized for example if you copy something from fb it may not be supported in another app to paste
