You probably have a Packard-Bell computer. You will need to match the motherboard form-factor to your case.

If you cannot get a display on your monitor, it's not a jumper setting. It's a hardware problem.Check the following: 1) is the monitor turned on and connected to the computer and is it actually working? 2) Has your computer actually started (has it passed the POST and have you heard the single beep on the speaker that indicated it has)?Try disconnecting all components except the CPU, memory, and video. If it still has no display, either your monitor is bad or the motherboard possibly has a problem.

You should not need SATA drivers if the motherboard supports SATA. However, you should update the motherboard drivers with the Gigabyte driver disk. If you don't have one, just go to the Gigabyte site and download them.

I understand that your connections are snug, but that beep code means RAM issue. Humor me and swap the RAM in the slots. If that doesn't do it you may want to run Memtest or try other "known good" RAM.

Remove all RAM, and eseat the new 128 board.

The new board MUST be :
128MB (1X128MB) PC100 NONECC UNBUFFERED 168 PIN SDRAM DIMM

If the criteria is anything but the configuration above, it will not work.
Also because of the type of memory, I am guessing the age of the board (or system) check to see what the max RAM is and see if your new board exceeds that amount.

go to bios and then perapherical setting there check usb port is enable or disable

if disable enable it

if u wanna go to a bios press "delete" button at start ur system

as far as the SATA prob is concerned your mobo supports sata 2 as per the weblink

most probably the bios battery is week (that happened to me a few times on some old unused comps. ) ! Keep the computer pluged in for an hour or so ... and hopefully the next time u enter bios and set the booting devices, they will remain set 1

First u attach your pendrive with pc after that u do a right click on pen drive folder ,then u click on scan option then the scan folder will apper and u select the pen drive folder by adding ,then click on next opyion and wait untill the scan is over .After scan over's then u can format your pendrive....

If it is not an accumulation of dust and if your fans are working properly and your ventilation is not blocked, that there was not a built-in cooling system for this integrated part makes me wonder what is going on. One would have thought it suggested such was not necessary. How old is the thermal paste in the computer? I would replace that before trying more desperate measures.
