Got to start/settings/printers and faxes .saelect epson 220 printer go to properties and select ports.Change ESDLPT1 port to lpt1 port and uncheck enable bi directional option .Apply and o.k.printer will work fine

You have to unscrew the metal tab under the printer, you will find two sets of DIP switches. upper one is DWS 1 and the lower one is DWS 2. On DWS 2 you need to have jumper #2 ON. this enables or activates the auto cutter on printers. Good luck...

Unplug the printer. Restart the computer. Go to Printers and Faxes. Delete the epson printer from there. Click on File in Printers and Faxes window and click on Server Properties. Click on Drivers tab and delete the epson driver from there. Restart the computer and then download the latest drivers for the printer and install them.
