Solve this problem:

there are only 4 colors in a printer one of which is black grey is very light spray of black to get the spectrum of colors one of the mix is black check the printer head for black and is there enough black ink in the cartridge

Check the cartridges. either any cartridge is dry or empty

Did you send the old board back Normally it is a removable chip and replacement boards don't come with them you have to Remove & replace John

The problem solved by "switching off" the Digital Signature.Since the driver from Epson was safe it was allright and safe to do that...
