Its a stripped gear. Usually one of the gears that moves the fuser.

This means the transfer unit has reached end of life and should be replaced.

To reset the message you must enter in a maintenance mode
Press back+up+down+enter and switch on the power.
In the maintenance mode Scroll trough to "Reset Tr counter"

The printer is giving you early warning to buy a new Transfer Unit, which on many other printers takes the 4 seperate colours from each toner, building the full graphic page before transferring the complete page onto the drum unit prior to applying it to the paper. My info on this model does not show a transfer unit being available. Perhaps the mean the drum unit? Your printer manual should tell you, or simply contact your countrys Epson centre.

This is an HSYNC Error and probably means the Laser unit on your machine is faulty.

Possible causes of the error :

If you take is apart you may find jammed gears or dry lubricant causing a 'paper jam', due to its age and storage.

Try a hard reset of the printer. Oddly, the 034019 is not an error code, I have reason to think. It is a contact number, I believe.
