You will need 3 things.

If your having that kind of problem you can format the phone so that it will be back to its factory state. Make sue you backup the files and the contacts of your phone before you do it. Usually every Nokia phones can be formatted by typing *#7370# in standby. But, try to format your phone by firstly turning off your phone, then press and hold the Call, 3, and * buttons at the same time, then press the power button. Keep the four buttons (Call, 3, *, and Power) holded until the word "Formatting" appears at the middle of the screen (that means if your phone is now formatting). If the word didn't appear, try again, for at least three times.
