Can I print from my iPad using iP6000D?

Below I have provided you some quick info on the most common app to print with using your iPad. There are more so I will post the address which lists more.http://www.pcworld.com/businesscenter/article/195269/three_iphone_and_ipad_printing_apps.htmlPrinterShare is an awkward app to set up; besides installing it on your Mac, you also have to register an account. After that, on your Mac, you have to specify which printer (or printers) you want to share, whether you want to hide your printer from search results (more on this in a moment), find the remote printer as registered online, select the printer (which is now displayed in two panes of the main Mac application window, and then configure the printer (paper size, "notify me on job completion," encrypt or not, and so on). In addition, a third window appears when you click on the Mac application's "incoming" button, and that provides you with a variety of options, including setting default permissions (automatically download and print from approved users, wait for approval, remove, and so forth). This all makes sense, in a way, because PrinterShare is designed to enable you to print remotely, over the Web, and to allow multiple users to print to the same machine remotely. (For example, employees can all remotely print to a shared printer.) However, there's no apparent option for simply printing over a local network. And although you can choose to hide your printer from search results (when you are searching for a printer from the iPhone app), it seems that the only way for users to find their own printer is to make it public and find it; then, once that's done, they can hide it from search results. It's a confusing process, in part because developer Dynamix Software attempts to protect users from having their printers hijacked by unknown users. It seems, however, that the first option should simply enable you to link your iPhone to your printer by using your user ID, and that "searching" for printers should be a secondary option (because it would probably be unnecessary for most users).

Have you downloaded and installed the latest Vista drivers, available here? If not, uninstall and delete the current installed driver, and delete the icon for the iP6220D from your printers window. Download and install the Vista driver for your printer.

My Canon Pixma ip6000d isn't printing any images or text. There is plenty of black ink, I ran the tests for alignment and nozzle check. The paper feeds through fine and it sounds and acts as tho

Did you try a test print. Most printers have a option to set the ink color, this is done when your computer asks you if you want to print. Look for an options tab and search for ink color options pick black only and try a test print. The test print is done on printer set up. If all else fails try the manual it usually has a troubleshoot section. Oh yes make sure you have the correct usb port some are configured at a lower level ( mine has 2 different ones a 2.0 and a 3.0 the 3.0 is blue when you look inside of it) my 2.0 port wouldn't set up my printer I had to use the 3.0 port. Hope it helps you some!

Printing streak

If the line is vertical on the print this is most likly not a print head issue. I would be more inclined to think there is a physical contaminant that might be "scoring" the print or scraping of the ink as the photo leaves the printer. Hold the print at an angle and shine a light on it to see if there is a difference to the surface of the print. Investigate the printer for obstructions and contamination. Pay particular attention to the feed mechanism.
