fixing assemble overheating

This is a reader communications error. It's been a long time since I worked an IR-C3200 copier but all cables must be plugged in. They will only go where they were intended to go. Reseat all those cables and good luck, other wise you have a professional help problem. Make sure all the cable checks are done with power off. Then power up agai n and see what happens.

Ok. Press the additional functions key - that is they key with the star inside it - then select 'system settings' then 'network settings' then select 'ip setting'. Once you've got into the ip settings you can enter all your own network settings. All you need to enter is IP address, subnet mask and default gateway but you'll know all that.

Replace the main Thermistor or Fuser Unit.

If the drum units have been removed repeatedly without the drum guide service tool it's possible to break one or both tabs .These tabs open the toner hopper when the drum unit is slid in, and if they are broken, toner will not be fed into the drum unit.
NOTE: The unit may work for a while until the developer to toner ratio drops enough to cause an error.
