Do you have an installation CD for that? Usually, it comes with the devices. You probably have a device that is connected to the computer, receiving the signal of the mouse or of the keyboard. That thing is connected directly by a USB Port or PS/2 port. Look carefully if you have that kind of thing (or device). And it is better if you connect that device when the computer is not ON. Then, turn ON the computer, see if it detects.

On that keyboard, the numpad is integrated into the alphabetical keys on the right side of the keyboard. You have to fit Fn + NumLk in order to turn the NumLock off and make it work normally again.

Yes, you will need to install the driver. If you can not locate the driver disk that came with the keyboard, you can download a free driver at Acer.com

i have restarted my PC and as my mouse is working, i make sure the the wireless connector is working i pressed the button at the middle of it to make it blink contentiously and then pressed the button at the bottom of my keyboard, that is it.
