have you checked to see if the spider is ok or is one arm broken

i would check the water inlet on machine............take the hose off there should be a small filter inside. might be blocked..................

There is a balance sensor in the machine that checks to see if the load is distributed for high speed, When that sensor goes bad, the machine wont spin the water out of the clothes. YOu need to check for spares

bad water inlet valve or control board? foes it do it even after u unplug it? if so then its ur water inlet valve if it stops after unplugging it its ur control board ALSO CHECK THE WATER PRESSURE SWITCH BELOW

Frankly the only way you can get them out if you can get hold of them is pull like hell, something will give hopefully the clothes, but probably won't be any good afterwards, otherwise this is not an easy task and you should get a repairer to do it. Not the best advice in the world. but in future any small items should be put in a pillow case to avoid this happening again.
