you ay ck the water line. if you have the water coming in. than your ice maker is bad

The fill tube could be frozen. Gently use a hairdryer. If not you have to check the fill valve coil in the back to see if it's getting power. If it is replace the valve. if not check wiring connections etc. If there's no power out of the Im to the valve, replace the IM

No, there is not a way to adjust the harvest cycle of an ice maker. Ya got to buy a new one. They cost anywhere between 50-100 bucks. GOODLUCK!

see if theres a adjustiable vent close to drawers and close some... or turn down temp some

1. check the motor compresors working touch the top 2. if the motor comp. working 3. touch the high side of the tube of the motor comp. if to hot the freon is ok if not. 4. cut the low side of the motor comp. plug and on start to pumping the motor close the hole of the low side tube using your finger hold 30 sec. and then open if the presures ok 5. the problem is freon

My ice maker jams up once in awhile. I use a hair dryer aimed at the mechanism on high. Avoid close contact air flow directly on plastic parts. Takes 2 to 3 minutes.You will hear machanism pop several times, then wire raise up and drop.

It sounds like the heater that automatically defrosts the unit may have failed. Before calling service I recommend checking the following: all door seals, make sure they are closed and sealing properly, also the condenser coil either on the back or bottom of the machine should be vacuumed out regularly to get rid of dust buildup. If that's all good it may be the defrost heater and if you're handy you can look up on youtube how to replace it or call a professional.
