On some LG front loaders there are two water pumps. One is the normal water pump to remove the water down the drain. The other is a recirculating pump that pumps the water back to the top of the clothes near the front top of the interior. Sounds like this is the model you have. The part is inexpensive about $25-30. Fairly easy to replace. Doubtful you have a plugged line, but possible. Pretty common for a pump rotor to go out. Motor runs, but nothing happens.
