H4-00 indicates that the fuser unit (right hand side where the hot rollers are) is not heating up. It could be a blown heater lamp or a blown thermal limiter. You can try resetting the code by pressing: #,*,C,*, 1,4, then choose yes or 1. this will reboot the machine. The h4-00 code may return but this is worth a try. Good luck.

the toner cartridge has a bad crum chip which is located on the back side of cart.

f9-00 means the ar-nb3 and or eb9 print control boards failed to recive all packets involved in a perticular print job. weither its 1 page or 100 pdf tiff raw etc does not matter.
as a printer service technician i can ashure you there is no known all inclusive fix at this time. cycling the machine's power will clear the code.

Try re-installing the device drivers for this printer. Windows updates, new software, anything that could over write files pertaining to your device drivers can cause issues. Windows update is the worlds worst.

Also, it is a good idea to delete your personal temp files.

Reboot after clearing temp files.
Make sure all cables are secure to computer and printer.
Reinstall device drivers.

I would try this before assuming it might be hardware related.
