The basic driver for Vista may work.

Alternatively, try connecting the scanner to the computer and loading a generic WIA driver from the OS.
In either case, if they work, you will not be able to use the buttons on the scanner to launch scans. Instead use Windows Fax and Scan (New Scan) or Paint (File > Import from Camera or Scanner) to acquire scans. (You can also acquire scans in Photo Gallery if you download and install that software from Microsoft. Alternatively, you can buy a third-party software for scanning and OCR.)
