Go to www.hp.com . Click on " support and Device Drivers " . Choose u r Operating System and downloaded it.

This is just a shot in the dark, but if there is no "reset" button, you might try unplugging it for a couple of minutes and it should reset itself to factory default settings. I think its logic board related problem.have a technician look onto it...

In most cases the formatter board is causing this problem. The only way to solve it is replacing the formatter board
