if that apears when you changed the cartridge, then its bad cartridge. check if you place the cartridge right in place, sometimes such defects are caused by bad electrical contacts /priter - cartridge/

If you look closely, the paper sensor flag must be seated in a hard to see slot that keeps it from sliding side to side.
Be careful! Things made of plastic have a tendency to snap!

Hello, I have downloaded several drivers of the Printer but there is no exe. How do I get this file?

HP LaserJet 1320... | Answered on Aug 08, 2011

Take a breath, relax. The link light means that you have established a connection with whatever is at the other end of the network cable. You omitted that info. If the printer is connected to a switch, try a different port. If the printer is connected to a router and you have a free port, connect it there. If the printer is connected to a PC, that port could be bad. If you have another printer, try plugging it into the PC. As long as you don't have the handshake between PC and printer you won't see any IP address. I'm not familiar with the 1320. Saying that, I believe that the network interface is on the formatter board. And yes that could be bad. Doesn't the 1320 have a USB port? Have you tried that.
Before you spend any money, try connecting the printer to a different PC or a laptop. If it works, your printer is not the problem. If it still fails, call for service, because the formatter will need replacing.

this is problem with fuser teflon sleeve.you have to change the sleeve

HP LaserJet 1320... | Answered on Aug 04, 2011

It sounds like the teflon film is coming off the fusor roller (which would explain the jamming).
I suggest replacing the fusor assembly on one of the units, and if the problem is resolved, then do so for the rest of the models.
If it's hapening on a great number of units, you may want to call HP at 1-800-HP-Invent and see if it's a known problem that they are covering for free.

Checking the paper path for ink deposits might be the solution. I had a similar problem sometime ago, where the fuser got some scratch damage for unknown reasons and i suppose was causing unfused ink to accumulate after the fuser, leaving streaks on paper.

I suggest you hold the green button down for about 10 seconds, press again quickly, so that you get a self test/configuration page and then check the status log on this page to see if there are any error codes.
I would also check that your settings on laptop & make sure the printer port is USB if that is what you are using. If that is ok then try another print cable.
If still not working then I would suggest that the printer has a defective formatter board.
( Putting the board into an oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes make fix it. Sit the board on four small balls of wrapped up oven foil ) This has worked for me on a number of occasions. You should only do this as a last resort.
