my hp printer 1320 always prints two papers one of them is white.what caused this problem?

If your printer can not pick up the paper then you need to change the pickup roller and separation pad. The two common things that cause this type of problem are: 1) low toner - remove the toner and shake it from side to side to distribute the toner evenly in the cartridge to test. If the print gets better then you need to get a new toner cartridge because your is almost out.2) The transfer roller that charges the paper to allow the toner to transfer to the page is worn out and will need to be replaced. Go to "Devices and printer" and right click on the 1320, go down to "printer properties" and click. When the new box opens click on "device settings" tab and scroll down to installable option and find Duplex unit. Be sure it is set to installed, if not set it. Now your printer should duplex again.

The 1320 uses the Q5949A or the Q5949X cartridge.

On that model the flashing light usually refers to a Paper jam or unit is out of paper.

If you're running a Mac, when you try to install the LaserJet 1320, it may suggest that you use the driver set for "HP LaserJet 1320 Foomatic/pxlmono." Do not use those settings. I had to reinstall my 1320 recently and since it said that was the recommended choice, I selected it. If I printed just text, it worked fine, but even a tiny 50KB image would take 5 minutes to print. When I reinstalled it again, I selected the option "HP LaserJet 1320 series," and everything works just fine now.

It is a Earthing problem, it is bottom part of toner right side??? Thanks Ajay HSPL

Remove the new cartridge and ensure that all of the plastic and foil coverings are removed. Reinsert the toner cartridge and make sure it is in all the way.

To print a configuration page, press and hold the GObutton for 5 seconds.
