If your printer has a paper tray, do not fill the tray. Overfilling the paper tray is frequently causes paper jams. Many printers have sliding mechanisms that allow different types and sizes of paper to be fed into the printer. If the slider is not correctly positioned, it can cause a paper jam.

Uninstall the existing printer software. Press Win+R to open RUN window. Type in %TEMP% and click on OK. Press Win+R to open RUN windows. Type in PREFETCH click on OK. Restart the PC. Check for Windows Update , if found, install them and then restart the PC.

Paper mismatch errors occur because the printer scans the width of the envelope before printing. If the paper size setting in the printer driver does not match the paper actually loaded in the printer, the printer reports a 'Paper size error'.
Try to adjust the printer and envolopee settings..

check the usb connections of your computer with your printer if connected well go to my printer page on your computer and go to your installed printer then cancell all document sent to your printers if problem persist check your printer if their is any paper jammed in your printer im quite sure one of em mentioned above may br the issue

i don't know who checks these messages, but I have the exact same problem, also with my mom's printer. it is no longer under warranty so HP wants to charge me thirty dollars for them to tell me how to fix it over the phone. no thanks.

Remove the ink jet, make sure you removed any pckg. material and the contacts cover on it.

For reliable wireless printing I setup an IP address on the printer. Then you can print from any device on that network.

Helo have you tried to check on the driving gears it but try to call your technician to check on it otherwise you may spoil your printer

1. Verify that the control panel overlay is not holding the Setup button down.
2. Verify that nothing is stacked on top of the unit that might put pressure on the Setup button.
3. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the unit to turn off the all-in-one.
4. Press and hold the Setup button and connect the power cord to the back of the unit to take the unit out of No Mech Mode . Release the Setup button.

Hi, I think your printer required maintenance, because printer time all parts working then your printer print. I gas you some points link printer belt, printer header, printer roller..so any one damage or this types of issue create, so i suggest you contact HP printer technician and check it. it would cost a lot to get fixed most places charge like $40 just to work on them. new one that I just got is so much better than the 1610 that I did have I got a new one that hooks up to internet and does a lot of cool things. it cost me about $100.00
