My 6110 AIO won't print
Welcome to Fixya
First of all, please make sure that you are using original HP cartridge. 50% of the aftermarket cartridge usually fails due to ink cartridge chip not being read by the printer. if you are using HP original cartridge, try to clean the metal contacts in fron of the cartridge using a lint free cloth and small amount of alcohol. Clean also the metal contacts of the printer where you seat the cartridge. Let is try for 3 mins. Use the printer software tool for replacing cartridge and let the software tell you to insert the cartridge.
Let me know if you have further questions.

I cleared the jam and took it apart to make sure
It
definitely could be the sensor. The
Paper sensor flag may be broken or not activating the switch. Or the switch itself maybe bad. You can physically test the
Paper sensor flag
by moving it
and listening for the click sound when it activates the switch. And You can ohm out the switch to see if it working. Look at the paper in the tray, to find the switch follow a line about 3 inches from the right edge of the paper. It is to the side of the roller/gear on the right side.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response

Insert left cartridge error message. Replaced.
On the control panel of the printer -
Press the Setup Button
Scroll till you find Tools Options - Press OK
Look for Printer Alignment - Press OK
IF the alignment goes thru well, your printer will be able to print/scan/copy.
If it still makes grinding noise or makes unusual noise, Turn off the printer and open the rear access door. Clean the rollers with lint free cloth. Close the door. Open the front access door and check if the carriage moves freely ( cartridge holder ) and check for any obstruction.
If you tried the above steps and still unable to make the printer work, it could be hardware failure.

Ron

I accidentally deleted my hp
Go into your [Device Manager]
Expand the Universal Serial Bus Controllers section and you should see USB Print Support.
Double click that and under the Driver tab, click on the [Uninstall] button.
After uninstall, power reset the computer. Once powered on, plug the printer back into the computer. This should re-do the installation process properly.

My hp printer 6110 officejet all in one keep
Please make sure that the printer is connected to a wall outlet and not to a surge protector because surge protector distributes the total electric supply equally to each and every device connected to that surge protector. Printer might work and might not with a surge protector but it will always work fine with a wall outlet till the hardware of the printer and power chord, adapter are working fine.
some times scanner failure error comes if it is not getting enough power supply. So if it is connected to a surge protector then I will suggest you to disconnect it and connect it directly to a wall outlet.
Now scan or copy any document and see if something happens.
If not the do check while you press scan or copy button the scanner light is moving or not?
If scanner light is not moving then do a hard re-set.
Hard Re-Set :
- disconnect power chord from the back of the printer and then from wall outlet or surge protector.
- wait for 40 secondsand then connect the power adapter to wall outlet and then to the back of the printer. The try to scan or copy....still not working then check if the scanner bulb is glowing or not?
If scanner bulb is not glowing and if you dont hear any noise while you press scan or copy...then printer hardware has gone bad and you need to replace the printer
