(Works for both the Home Edition and the Pro Edition)I then click on Next to the right of the box. (Next is in blue rectangular shape)Click on the + sign next to - Display/Monitor (1)Now click on the blue -Mobile Intel 915GM/GMS and 915GML Express Chipset Family Video DriverScroll down. Under the bold heading - Details and specifications, click on the blue file name - sp29885.exe [ 1/1 11.26M ](1 of 1 File. 11.26MegaByte in size. { 11.26MB )A small window will come up on the right -Opening sp29885.exeClick on Save File.Another small window will come up. In the heading at the top of this small window, tells you where the file will download to.Suggest you write it down.The wording may have Desktop, or My Documents, or Downloads, in it.(Different if you are using a computer with Vista, or Windows 7. If so post back in a Comment, and I will detail it )Desktop: The file will be on your desktop screen. The graphics chipset is a device ]If you are still having graphics problems after this, I suggest you take a look at the Screen Resolution.RIGHT-click on an empty area of your desktop screen.In the drop-down list click on - PropertiesIn the Display Properties window click on the Settings tab.In the middle of the Display Properties window, and to the left side, is Screen resolution.Move the slider to the native resolution for your LCD screen.Also look at Color quality to the right.In the box under this heading should state - Highest (32 bit)IF not; click on the blue Down Arrow to the right of this box.In the list click on Highest (32 bit)(If you tried it before, and Highest (32 bit) wasn't listed, try it now after the driver installation )Now go below to the Right, and click on Apply.Finally go to the bottom left, and click on OK.(You have to do both)For additional questions please post in a Comment.Regards,joecoolvette
